Architecture
1 Program Introduction
Nova display cluster management program can give remote release of playing scenario, monitor playing and screen status, impose remote control on screen luminance and power switch, and so on. Enjoying flexible network structure and easy installation and arrangement, the program, only by plugging the terminal display into the Internet and logging on the terminal to the Nova’s service platform via browser, can make group management of terminal displays, and achieve remote release of media and playing scenarios, monitoring of screen status, remote control of screen luminance and power switch according to applications with the help of the remote management terminal display of management center software.
Nova display cluster management program has three parts: service platform NovaCloud, management center software MC-go and terminal control software (the terminal software of Nova M3 synchronous system is MarsSite, and the asynchronous system PAD100 has built-in terminal software).
The service platform NovaCloud is the core of data interaction and data management for the whole program, providing services for fulfilling all functions. The service platform NovaCloud is deployed in high-speed backbone networks, so that adequate consideration shall be given to network security, database security and so on. In addition, according to the terminal data size, adequate acceleration servers shall be provided to balance and meet the bandwidth demands of every terminal.
MC-go, user operation software, fulfills such business functions as preparation of playing scenario, remote release and remote monitoring; the software has good user experience, meeting the user demand of managing thousand displays only by one person.

3 Configuration Requirements
1)Service Platform NovaCloud
The service platform NovaCloud is composed of Web server, database server and acceleration server cluster. In terms of safety, it must be furnished with hardware fire wall; in terms of bandwidth, it must be deployed in backbone networks. It must be ensured that every terminal has at least more than 2M bandwidth. Routine maintenance is important to guarantee uninterrupted normal service of the service platform NovaCloud. Nova has a professional service platform maintenance team.
2)Management Center Computer
Used to run MC-go software to fulfill functions such as preparation of playing scenario, remote release and remote monitoring; it needs to get access to the Internet. The bandwidth is recommended to be more than 4M.

1)Medial Release Security Guarantee
a)Make fingerprint verification for play-related documents such as program lists and media to avoid malicious tampering of playing content;
b)Interactive data communication adopts https and file communication employs ftp+ssl so as to avoid the system data being incepted by any third party;
2)Service Platform Security Guarantee
a)Assign different accounts for different administrators;
b)Delete unnecessary accounts and change default account;
c)Set log-on limit for the system account;
d)Set password for empty password users;
e)Restrict users whose UID is 0 expect root;
f)Enforce limit to default password length
g)Compulsorily set authority of key lists;

3)Network Security Guarantee
According to the particularity of web publishing, to avoid malign access and hostile attack by users, the following two solutions may be employed.
a)Firewall-Side Access Control
i.Analyze malicious IP via web’s user access log for firewall artificial shielding;
ii.SYN Flood, DDOS, Bad Cookies。Activate firewall’s own basic defense functions:
b)Server-Side Malign Access Control (Manual Control)Operation: make regular manual check for access IP address and for operation instructions to make sure whether there is malign access; if yes, shut down the IP.
4)Database Security Guarantee
a)Storage of Backup Data of Database
i.The backup data of the system are stored in the specified dedicated server.
ii.The server storing backup files has access authorities, so that only specified operation and maintenance personnel are authorized to get access to the server.
iii.When the system automatically backup the data to the specified server, the operation and maintenance personnel are responsible for checking them to make sure whether they are normally completed and verifying the availability of the backup files.
b)Security of Physical Storage of Data For the core business system, two copies of the backup data shall be made at the end of each month.
Nova Cloud is a set of software used for multimedia remote centralized publication and system centralized monitoring based on broadband internet to provide the industry application solution featured in safety, reliability, centralized management and standardization and easy extension for LED display cluster control and other display cluster systems.
Nova Cloud solution mainly includes three parts which are Nova Cloud server, integrated playback control software( MC-go), terminal software (MarsSite, PlutoSite). It can fully support Nova synchronous and asynchronous control systems.
When it is applied to the synchronous control system, it includes Nova Cloud server, MC-go, and MarsSite. The terminal is a playback control computer, to run the terminal software MarsSite. When it is applied to the asynchronous control system, it includes Nova Cloud server, MC-go, and PlutoSite. Asynchronous control card PSD100 shall be as the terminal to run the terminal software PlutoSite.
Terminal is managed by management center (MC-go), to achieve the functions such as schedule creating, publishing, monitoring, etc. Management center uploads the commands and playback information to the server, the terminal periodically downloads the commands and schedule from server and transfers the feedback information back to the server; the terminal and MC-go account must be registered on the server, and otherwise, the interaction among the three cannot be achieved.
System Features
1) Centralized release
Base on the broadband Internet architecture, support the standard HTTPS (HTTP+SSL) and FTPS(FTP+SSL) server, provide the safe and reliable high speed information release and download service, and remotely, centralizedly and standardizedly manage the media release.
2) Remote monitoring
Base on the leading Nova monitoring system, support remotely and centralizedly collecting the running parameters of display screen, intuitively and comprehensively control system operation state in real time, support alarm function for the fatal problems occur to the system, and provide efficient system maintenance business environment.
3) Layered protection
The system uses multiple security measures, covering all aspects of data storage, transmission and play and so on, so as to ensure data consistency and reliability.
The system uses the registration mode to manage the terminal access and MC-go authority, ensuring that the system access security is controlled.
4) Media management
All terminals of one user share one media library, and the system doesn’t upload repeatedly while terminals playing the same media or play schedule including the same media, which improves the media release efficiency and saves server space.
5) Easy to extend
Nova Cloud server system adopts extensive system architecture to support deployment from single server to multiple acceleration servers so as to meet the demands of different scale of cluster application from several terminals to thousands of them.
The system is easy to expand, which provides users with optimal solutions both for cost and performance, and the system will gradually increase deployment as business grows, so as to protect customers' investments.
6) Autonomous terminal
The terminal software is autonomous, and unattended.
The terminal automatically interacts with the system, automatically download schedule , automatically detects the system status and reports to the system, automatically obtains a system control command and then executes such command, feedbacks execution results to the system, without human intervention.
